I work with so many internet providers and these guys have the best customer service. Yes their network has issues and they have occasional outages but every time we have an issue, I call and it’s easy to get someone in the phone and within a few hours someone shows up and they fix it. Other providers (biggest ones) take days to come out, it’s a nightmare to even get someone on the phone. These guys are helpful and quick to get someone on the phone.
