Terrible experience getting my tile through the customs process. Tile has waiting to clear customs for a week and still don’t know when I will receive the tile

I ordered 1 box too much and so far 5 emails later and no one will respond to the question, Can I return 1 unopened box and if I can, what is the address to mail it to. The backsplash installed looks nice but customer service means a lot for repeat and future purchases.

Slow to respond to inquiry about shipment or confirmation of it, but material is just as good as it appears on the web site

There is zero communication on order status nor any tracking information sent. A customer, should not be left unaware as to where their order is in the process and no clear means to contact for status. Some people need to cater to be present to receive their order this cant be done with zero ETA. I would never place a large order with your company because you go dark after order confirmation. Updates including shipments tracking and ETA should be standard procedure.

I love the colorful tile pattern! Although shipping was all the way from China, nothing was damaged, but it did take awhile- about 2 weeks. Have not yet had it installed so I cannot give it 5 stars, but hoping for good things!

Love the tile I ordered! Ordering was easy and it was delivered quickly and not damaged. I loved all the beautiful choices of mosaic tile. Would highly recommend!

Such an easy transaction and super fast delivery and looked exactly like the photos! Loved it.

I ordered a sample just to make sure. It is as beautiful as pictured. Also the time from ordering to my front door was just about instant.
