Data integration from QuickBooks was…
Data integration from QuickBooks was pretty nonexistent and the data that they did manage to crossover was at least 30-50% incorrect. That's a big deal for a 14 year old retail company trying to switch over. Most of the features that they advertised during the sales demo does and may not ever work.
Response from Bravo Store SystemsMay 17, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how critical accurate data migration and accounting integration are for an established retail business, especially after operating for more than a decade on another platform. We’re sorry to hear the QuickBooks integration and data conversion process did not meet your expectations. Transferring years of inventory, accounting, customer, and transaction data between systems can be complex, and we recognize how disruptive inaccuracies or missing information can be to daily operations and business confidence. We also take concerns regarding feature expectations and onboarding communication seriously. At Bravo, our goal is to provide reliable retail and pawn management software with strong integrations, inventory tools, reporting capabilities, and operational support that help businesses scale effectively. Your feedback is valuable and has been shared internally with our onboarding, integration, and product teams for review. We would appreciate the opportunity to better understand the specific issues you encountered and determine whether there are corrective steps we can take to help improve your experience. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so our team can review your account and concerns further.
