Great POS System
Bravo has been a great POS sytem for us. Our account specialist Chris has always been great at making sure we are taken care of. We now have 3 stores that run with BRAVO! Support is always quick to help us if we need them.

Bravo is amazing
Bravo is amazing! All the bells and whistles! So many features that make life so much easier, most of which can be customized. As well as have the basic without all the added features.

Seasoned Pawn Brokers
We are Pawn brokers and owners for over 32 years. We needed a system that could accommodate our check cashing service. We were with Pawn Master for 30 years. The transition was hard but Bravo gave us great support. The pawn program is very extensive, it was definitely a learning curve. Once our team members had some time on the practice program we were ready to launch. The transfer of our customer data was handled smoothly. We did opt to pay for support of the old Pawn Master records for the pictures and information sometimes needed for history. So far we have been pleased over all.

Our FFL shop switched to Bravo back in…
Our FFL shop switched to Bravo back in Feburary and it has been a nightmare ever since. They lie to you about what they offer and never follow up with anything. I pay for their web serive and as of today still don't have a website. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Dependable and Trustworthy
My company recently replaced our Pawn software to Bravo. The Bravo Sales team and the Software Support team were amazing. They were extremely helpful in a transaction.
