Brave SoftwareReviews of brave.com

I downloaded Brave to speed up my download of Candy Crush. Guess What, It won't download it. After a couple of minutes of trying a message comes up and says "ERROR - Try again later" I have been trying for 3 days with no luck. I guess it was a waste of time.

I downloaded the browser to use it to stream on Xfinity...it didn't work. Flash won't work, even though it's turned on for the site. Tried closing the browser and retrying, smae useless result. They sure make it sound wonderful, but I'll try again in a few years, if they're around and relevant. If my experience is indicative of the service, I don't give them long.... Don't waste your time, my experience is with their newest update, downloaded and tried today. All the pros that reviewed this browser obviously didn't give it a thorough test.

scam never paid me my tips or gave direct reason why. Support is the worst I have ever dealt with these people should be in federal prison for how many people they screw over with no payments.

Downloaded Brave and installed it. get nothing but a black screen. Downloaded twice but same result. Very dissapointed.

I am using this browser for the rewards, i have received 23BAT last month and 7.5BAT this month, it is a like a JOKE! it should go up, because my usage was more than last month, but this month i receive less rewards, if i receive less rewards next month too, i will be definitely leaving it.

In my opinion it is a horrible browser. I guess the first issue I have is with it being a Chromium browser. I find it ironic that everyone is calling a browser based on Chrome the anti-Chrome. I was never much for Chromium based browsers, I think the entire platform is poorly designed and way un-intuitive. My primary issue with Brave though is the way it imports bookmarks (part of this is also related to it being a chromium based browser). It would take me days to straighten out the mess it made with the bookmarks I imported from Microsoft Edge. It's just not ready for prime time and not worth the time or effort to me.

Tried this browser as recommended by some dull, nerdy PC mag in Tesco? Looks far too complex to this older laptop user so UNinstalled it after 5 minutes. I want EASY stuff thanks? I will stick with Firefox thanks....dead EASY to use and FAST for an older NON computer type like me who loves webbing (surfing is for the sea?) but HATE all the silly, Bull**** computer speak. Tools (hammers, screwdrivers), Cookies (biscuits), Trojans (ancient soldiers), HELP button (usually useless), Viruses (Influenza) etc. Which pony tailed, boring computer fart thought of all these ridiculous terms for goodness sake. Computer SPEAK should be made much, much easier without the technobabble crap. Think it is designed to try and scare OLDER webbers like me ???
