After checking the availability of my items I placed an order. The tracking number was provided the next day and I was able to track my package until it was delivered about a week later. Great seller, good products and excellent service. Very happy with the service from Pinky and the guys at BKC.

I requested an anniversary gift with engraving. I thought I did my homework and had it all lined up. I missed the fine print , it might need an additional 2-3 weeks . I left messages and emails, and got a response back, they’d do their best to get it to me in time. My mistake was their problem. I received my item 2 days before the deadline. IT LOOKS AMAZING!!! Thank you Brass Knuckles!!!

Great customer service, my order came in a timely manner and the handcrafted products were definitely beautiful. Should I need anything from them or know someone in the market, they would be my first choice.

I called this company regarding an order 11 times in 2 week period. NOT once did they call back. Voice mail/ answering machine is always full, and they NEVER answer the phone no matter what time you call. If they spent as much time acting with a business manner as they do writing up brass knuckle ads they might be worth doing business with. Typical Millennial business. Lazy, useless and not professional.
