Horrible, low class, low quality customer service. I never got my order so I send an email , PLENTY OF EMAILS and they kept saying I will receive an email within a day or two and I NEVER DO! It’s been weeks so I called, they said only resolve it through email and I told her I haven’t received a response in weeks and got HUNG UP ON! Now I’m out of $400. Low-class customer service.

Buyer Beware! They delivered my package to the wrong address and then told me that FedEx would have to fix it. I contacted FedEx via email and chat and they told me that because this company uses Economy Ground shipping, they cannot open a case and it would be the shipper (Brandy Melville) that would have to either refund me or replace the items. So now I'm just out $88.32. Horrible - then they hung up on me when I called them.

I bought an XS item, they sent me One Size huge item and when I informed their mistake they said the item was sent correctly. I had to pay shipping for a wrong item sent. And shipping again to return the wrong item, and they won't just do anything about it. They lie to you!! They do not solve the mistake they make and make you lose money!!!

We purchased the Anastaisa tie sweatpants ($35) on Saturday, Oct 7 while on vacation in New York (Soho store). When we washed them one time, the waist band string completely came apart. This is the response from their customer service - what a joke! I'm so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, once an item's tags are removed, we can no longer accept this item as a return/exchange, particularly if it has been washed. Once an item is washed, the customer is fully responsible for the product.

If you purchase online from Brandy be prepared to get some of the worst customer service you’ve ever had in your life. They canceled my order mid shipment (literally a town away from me when it was cancelled for unknown reasons) without notifying me, had to make several phone calls to figure out what happened and even then I was left with many unanswered questions. My address was correct and they had no problem charging my card. I was told it’s “policy” to not receive my refund until my order gets returned to the warehouse and then it takes 5-7 for my funds to be sent back to my account - even though I did not request the refund as a Brandy employee made the return request to FedEx (this was confirmed by a Fedex employee). I could understand the delay in my funds being released if I was the one making the request to return my package but why do I have to wait to get my money back when it came from their end? I was told to contact support through email and was met with what I can only assume was an automated response giving me essentially the same answer. When I called back I was hung up on after wanting to speak to a supervisor or anyone who could properly answer my questions (albeit I was probably loosing my cool at this point but I think with good reason). I have been shopping brandy for years in person without issue and I have truly enjoyed their clothing but after this experience I refuse to support a business like this, seems like they don’t want my money anyway.

Clothes (John Galt sweatpants) became discolored even before washing - don’t buy if you plan on wearing the clothes outdoors. Worst quality item I have ever bought. Wish I could post a photo of the way the sweatpants looks after wearing it once.

purchased a handbag and returned it bcz i didnt like the color, after i realized it was final sale (my fault), but after i asked if the product returned to them can be sent back to me, the representative just ghosted on me, no email or chat replies. so i just lost $40 value of goods and two shipping label fee for nothing. gonna dispute.

Well, I just got my stolen motorcycle recovered in LA and ur brand’s stickers were plastered all over it. My advice: consider carefully who u associate urself with. I don’t know u, nor do I care to. But u r hanging out with the wrong people.
