BrandresumesReviews of brandresumes.com

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took 4 weeks from time of purchase to receive my resume and since I’ve received I’ve had 0 interviews. I held off on rating as a courtesy but since I keep getting emails I guess they want my feedback. If I didn’t know better I’d think this was a complete scam.

Unprofessional and inexperienced. Beyond difficult to get in touch with any of the workers. Too many grammatical errors, and the writing sounded young minded. Not worth the money, AT ALL.

I cannot even begin to elaborate how unprofessional and inexperienced these people are. Poor interaction with client. Immature resume writing service. False promises (like 90 day rewrite gurantee) Overall, only if you have money to burn, then just burn it but don't give it to these people.

need to meet with Brandon again - as the first 2 versions we not what I expected...but i dont have high expectations that it will matter

I will never recommend anyone to brandresumes. absolutely a waste of time and money.

This wasn’t what I expected. I paid a lot of money and my resume still isn’t what it should be.

I hired Brand Resumes to rewrite my resume. I paid for their full writing, applying for jobs, the works. Cost me a fortune. I answered all their questions, and had emails with Brandon. What I got back from him did not meet my needs at all, and his team applied for a bunch of jobs that I did not want and was not qualified for. Talking to Brandon, he kept telling me "to trust them" and I would get responses from valid applications. I asked about the guarantee they have listed on their website, which he said isn't their guarantee. He told me it was a guarantee that I would get an interview in something like 60 days or they would re-write. I never got an interview off their services, and even companies that contacted me were shocked that their JD's didn't match what was on my resume. I ended up having to delete their copies of my resume off a ton of job boards, though I still get contacted regarding it as it has spread like wildfire. I ultimately found that Brandon, who personally wrote my resume, had zero experience in my field - and the resume showed it. I had to hire someone else to rewrite my resume, but Brand Resume's indiscriminate forwarding of a bad resume has hurt me in looking at jobs I really want. I recommend running as far away from Brand Resumes as you can. There are more professional, and more experienced companies, that are much more ethical out there.

They never sent me everything I paid for. They stopped responding to emails and texts.
