Hello, Jalia was helpful in writing my resume. She provided good customer service/communication, asked valid follow-up questions and developed my resume accordingly. I would rate my overall experience 3.5/5 because the process took too long. I selected the "5 to 7 business days" option but it took over 4 weeks (20 business days) to get my final draft. My LinkedIn profile development process has not started yet. I wish it didn't take so long.

While initially there was difficulty in communication, they cared and recovered well. The team was responsible and performed well.

They did a great job with the resume and my LinkedIn profile. Everything that was included in my package, they executed on it. The only feedback that I would offer as an improvement, is improving the customer experience. I felt that the process was a mere transaction. When I spoke with someone on the phone during my initial consultation when deciding on a package, I felt great. It was great speaking with someone and creating a relationship in the beginning. However, that would be the last time I would speak with someone on the phone. The relationship aspect could be better. Just a thought.

My resume writer was good. She was very responsive and flexible. She gave me an excellent base document that I modified accordingly. The questions asked were very good ones to get the most out of the experience. I really liked the LinkedIn profile help that they provided. I implemented all of the advice for my profile. I would surely recommend Brandresumes.

Overall I am satisified with the experience. However, price seems a little steep for a 15 minute sales pitch, and filling out a form.

After we got the process underway, it went fairly smooth. I think everyone has different ideas as to what make a great resume; however, I have left it up to the "experts" and now am excited to see what type of results I receive.

Amit and the other writers were very helpful, especially Amit. I did experience some technical difficulties with the platform. But otherwise everything was great

I'd like to start by saying Brandresumes did a great job on my resume. I found the price to be reasonable compared to other services i shopped. Brandresumes was chosen because of the competitive price & "a la cart" offerings if you can't pay everything in one shot. My only complaints were with speaking to Brandon..... He definitely is a great guy. He's very knowledgeable & customer centric. However he speaks quite quickly so be on your toes! LOL! Also, the amount of time it took to have the resume done seemed a bit long but in their defense I'm not sure how long a writer is supposed to take. The last complaint is the website itself. It's laid out very well (Nice GUI!) but getting to process the service & entering payment was challenging. I'm not sure if it's because I was using Safari as a web browser on my MacBook Air. Could it be the convention I'm using? Not sure ..... hopefully it has been ironed out...... Overall I'd say "job well done!"
