Please please and I am asking please do not use these scam artist. I asked for a company logo provide all the graphics and all a revived the same graphics with a triangle on too😂😂they got me good. I promise you as soon as they introduce themselves I should have know those are not their names. All I could think of the capital one commercial with Peggie. Anyways, you will not get your money pack, and no they are not from California. Well plaid John Martin from India. Don’t be me and deal with these headaches. Move along to a different company. Again please do not fall for it, I can’t believe I did, I guess I’m getting old.

It's been nothing but a pleasurable experience working with Maria and her team! Excellent and fast customize service and attentive to details. She had brought my brand alive especially with the custom made logo for Sonnieseanaturalproducts. You cannot go wrong the price for their art is worth the investment for my business. Paid for a website to be developed and put on my hosting site. When the site went live, it was put on their hosting server. The onle way I found out about this is that my webmail client wouldn't work. Finally got it transferred to my host, but only in a zip file and then had to have my hosting unzip, then install and remake the databases. Still have issues with trying to put images into my gallery. When I contacted Ethan about this, I was told that it would cost me more money to resolve. Stay Away From Branding Agency!!!!!!

Ethan Watson was very helpful, but most importantly he has patience. He always follow up with me and commit with action when requested.

10/15/2020 I wouldn’t give it 1 start but aye! I know they’re going to report my review as violation because they don’t want a poor review WELL....Branding Agency along with American Logo Designers did a VERY VERY POOR JOB in handling our agreement. They didn’t come through on logo ($139) and website ($250). Nothing but LIES after LIES after LIES! Then American Logo Designers BLOCKED my number. YES! Jack Brown the manager BLOCKED ME from calling him, so I had to use another telephone number and HE ANSWERED! But he told me another LIE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICAN LOGO DESIGNERS and BRANDING AGENCY. DAVID BROWN, ERIC MURPHY, and JACK BROWN are NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS, LIARS, and THIEVES!

Well I was told it would take 6 weeks for my website. That was back in July and now we are in October. They could have knocked this out in three weeks if they would just read my emails. They averaged one correction every 9 days. I lost a lot of revenue by not having a completed site. I asked them several times, are you in the U.S., they said California, I’m smarter than this. Every time you speak to them you can barely hear them because it sounds like a call center. When you ask if they are in the U.S. they keep skirting around. Their is a language barrier which makes it tough. They sold me a website, logo, email, and then came back months later and said, oh by the way in order for your website to go live we another $300 for governmental requirements, that was chicken poop. Why they didn’t disclose this upfront as they knew I needed this. I sent them the same email 6 times and they never corrected what I asked. It’s been a miserable journey with them. I will say they put Maria on my project the last 5 days and she was a charm. She followed all instructions of what I wanted and did it in 3 days. The same things I wanted 7 weeks ago, that I been asking for, she done in 3 days. It’s amazing we wasted 7 weeks. Based on my experience I would not use them again. It has been disturbing with the lies, deceit, and time spent on this.

I initially thought I was getting a good deal. For $188 I was offered unlimited concepts, a social media banner, business card headings and my logo would be copyrighted. I enjoyed the initial communication and I was happy with the final logo. I even bought a second logo from Jaso Roy. I wasn’t very happy when Jason Roy began texting me to have him update my website and social media.
