I appreciated the helpful customer service from Alfredo Buenavente while placing my recent order. I had trouble uploading the company logo I wanted on the product & Alfredo helped & resolved my problem. I was very happy with the end result (logo bigger than I expected which is great!). Placed an order for Tote Bags for my Niece's wedding on 7-18, today I received a proof that was not clear on my end. I called the company and was lucky enough to speak to Yessenia Cisnero. She immediately sent me an email showing the proof and it was indeed just what I wanted. One big problem remained, the delivery date was pushed to 8-5-16. That date did not work for me. I told her the orig date was 7-28, and that is when I needed them. She called me back in a few minutes assuring me that they would meet the orig delivery date! I could not be happier with the service. Yessenia was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. Branders should be happy to have her on their staff! Thanks Again
