Products are good, and come as expected. Prices are competitive and frequent discounts are always around. Even more important is the rep who takes good care of us. I deal with a lot of different vendors. Nowadays, it seems that customer service, personalized attention and follow-up is almost non-existent, but that was not the case with Branders and Nicole Hasty who was my customer service rep. My order for 180 custom 4 color printed duffel bags went smoothly and timely - even when I rejected the first art proof, they quickly corrected the problems and the finished product was exactly what I had envisioned.
