I am very pleased with Branders service and quality. From the minute I spoke to Maria in customer service to order my products, to the communication in ordering, processing, and delivery. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. I had a deadline for a large event and she helped me expedite the order with time to spare. Everyone is very happy with the products! Thanks Branders! I needed some stainless steel water bottles for a conference at my university and I needed them quickly. I worked with William, my Branders contact, and the graphics people, and they made it happen. The bottles arrived the day before the conference and they were a big hit. Thanks!

I recently purchased a large quantity of several items from Branders and had the pleasure of working with Angela Nichols. Angela gave me the kind of service that made me feel appreciated as a customer. She called me if there were questions and she followed up on my order until I received it. The order was perfect and the products looked awesome. I will certainly use Branders again.

We usually order ornaments at Christmas every year from Arthur Celis. He is always accommodating and willing to help. The gifts are always a big hit with our volunteers.

Our project was to roll out promotional items to various locations at certain intervals for nearly a year. After helping with our product selection and quantities needed, Anthony took on the task of overseeing the timing for shipments and notifying the appropriate contacts in each location for me so that I did not have to manage it. He kept me in the loop so I would know that the schedule was met. Very appreciated.
