Good service and final product.
Gerri B. was very helpful in researching and giving me quotes on a variety of items. I appreciated her thoroughness and how fast she responded to my inquiries. The final product arrived promptly and was exactly what I'd ordered. Thanks.

Great Product! Great Service!
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Every person I spoke to was knowledgable and helpful. They got the order exactly correct, sent the proof out quickly and we received our order when it was promised. Gerri and her team are very responsive and followed up to make sure we were happy with the end product. Brander's will be my first call next time we need to order any branded items in the future. Happy!

Miles Above the Rest
There are many web sites where I can get pens and mugs imprinted with our message and logo. With Branders they will hold your hand through the process, guide you to the exact product you are looking for. If they cannot find it they will go out and seek it out - freeing up my time. Wegie stuck with it until we had the products I wanted.

"Ace" Customer Service!
I had the pleasure of working with Ace at Brander's while trying to coordinate employee recognition gifts on a very limited budget as well as a short timeline. Ace worked on my behalf to get me the best price possible as well as ensuring that I received my order in time for the employee celebration. Not only did he facilitate the ordering process he communicated with me throughout each stop of the process through delivery. He was accommodating, resourceful, committed to the sale and to providing excellent service. I will definitely recommend Brander's to others and will likely place future orders from them as needed. Thank you!
