Response time was fast with my account manager Fe Ricafranca. Have have placed orders for the last 3 years and each time was completed quickly and efficiently.

I needed to plan earlier as transferring logo into embroidery appropriate design delayed shipment, but product was very good and a reasonable price.

I was satisfied with both my order and Mia, the representative of Branders with which I worked. She worked quickly, efficiently, and noticeably wanted to get me a well-made product. I wish there had been an option to opt out of phone calls, however, because they aren't convientent for me. Email correspondence is a lot easier and I feel that it's more efficient for representatives as well. Overall, I am happy with the product and the speed in which it came to me. I won't hesitate to use Branders again.

There are many web sites where I can get pens and mugs imprinted with our message and logo. With Branders they will hold your hand through the process, guide you to the exact product you are looking for. If they cannot find it they will go out and seek it out - freeing up my time.
