This representative worked with me until I was happy - even helped get my logo edited so that it had precisely the right look that I wanted on the tumbler. While I haven't seen my product yet - he did send me multiple samples - I am extremely happy with the service and would return to this company based upon that experience.

Thank you Branders - and Gerri Brooks in particular - for helping me come up with a solution for an upcoming customer event. Really looking forward to our new custom-printed Martini glasses!

Thanks to Gerri Brooks and her persistence in making sure that I completed my order. And then she made sure if I had any further questions about this order, and/or any others, that she would be there for me. I appreciate someone who doesn't just "make a sale" but also thinks about follow-up and future needs.

Anthony Lee helped me with order #BR68603. It was fast and easy. He seamlessly helped me to order some samples so I can make decisions for my upcoming wedding and even made a few suggestions for other great items to personalize.

Carlos was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with! He quickly responded to my questions and did everything he could to get me what I needed. He went the extra mile to make additional phone calls to get answers my questions regarding additional customization on some of the products. Thank you!
