BrandersReviews of branders.com

This is my 3rd time ordering from Branders and they always have been there to answer questions, help with artwork/design and help you make your deadline. My experience when ordering (#BR69206) today with Kristina LazagaLazaga was no different. I had a production time/shipping shedule question. She helped me get firm timelines to help me plan well for my event. She seamlessly finalized my order and sent me all the confirmations I needed. Thank you for your great products, pricing and service!!

This was the first time I have ordered from this company- last night I tried customizing some can coozies online- never could get it just right- this morning Gerrie called me and helped me figure out just what I wanted and after every style she sent me an email with a pic and preview- we emailed back and forth several times- and she called me multiple times to make sure it was perfect- she is a true asset to this company- she was the one who "sealed the deal" for me to complete my order. I would def order again if she was my rep- her customer service skills were higher than any expectation I could have ever had- I had my order placed by that after noon and checked multiple times for perfection- She needs an award for best customer service- I shop ALOT online and never feel the need to give a review- today I was more than happy to share my praise for a job well done a hundred times over

Gerri was friendly and helpful. I set the order up 2 or 3 weeks before I was ready to buy. When I was ready Branders hadn't missed a beat.

Efren was diligent in his followups, good customer service

This was my first time using your company. You had the product I wanted and my order BR67768 was handled by MIchael De Dios with great concern for my particular wishes and also for the timing of the delivery as I am in Los Angeles, a long way from Miami. I had to bother Mike any number of times because not knowing your company I wanted to make sure the process was on time. He was always gracious and never seemed bother by my nuisance requests. I will certainly use your company again. with thanks!

I was creating custom shot glasses and needed some last minute changes. Gerri Brooks was wonderful and helped me get them accomplished. I would definitely recommend this company! order #BR68649

Josephine Mararagan, Portfolio Manager with Branders, helped me find a misplaced order and resolved all our issues with one phone call. Her willingness to help and complete my transaction was awesome. I will definitely rate her a 5 Star employee and continue to purchase our branded products from this company.

Norman helped me with order #BR68738. It was fast and easy. He seamlessly helped me choose another color for my item since my original selection was out of stock. Will most definitely do business with Brander's again. Thank you.
