Our company bought a domain through BrandBucket and I must say the buying and transfer process was very smoothly. After purchasing a domain you get a direct contact through e-mail (Christine in our case, thanks Christine!) that helps you through the process. It's as easy as picking one of the supported domain registrars (in our case GoDaddy) and after that there are a few simple steps for completing the transfer. Very easy! If you use a different domain registrar that is not part of the list of supported registrars, just pick one from the list and transfer the domain, after 60 days, to your regular registrar. No problems at all.
