We hadn't worked with BrandBucket before, but everything was easy and pretty fast. In our case, we were purchasing and transferring a domain, something we hadn't done before, but our escrow representative walked us through every spot we weren't sure about. We tried to buy after 4pm on Friday, and we had the domain in hand by Wednesday morning without trying to rush the process at all. We doubtless could have done it faster if we'd responded to email faster ourselves, since they emailed us over the weekend. Super nice folks and good response times!

They only reply you before you buy domain, after purchase they ignore your emails. They aslo promised me that they will redesign my logo after I pay which they never did and ignored my requests. I should give them 3 stars, but I have been nice. THEY DON'T KEEP THEY WORDS and OVERPRICED
