The app sucks
The app sucks! For a while, it wouldn’t let me take any surveys. Now, it’s not letting me cash out! I’ve got 500 points, which is enough to cash out 5 dollars; but I keep getting an error message.

Have been trying to withdraw for 2 days…
Have been trying to withdraw for 2 days credit for an Amazon gift card. Says payout failed...contact support. Have done so and no feedback

Either swerve, or cash out regularly until they cut you off
Been fine for a few months, then out of nowhere "there's a problem with your account" and I can't withdraw (stupidly on my part, it wasn't the minimum $3, but $10). Tried to contact customer support and no response.
