This platform was good at first but they have a monthly cap they don't inform you about so all that time and work and you can't even redeem the money. It was good at first but now it's completely trash. I would not recommend this platform to my worst enemy. Straight garbage

There is a monthly max that you can cash out that they don't tell you about. So when you spend a lot of time and effort to make the app money, they reward you by keeping the money and not letting you have any of it. So disappointed. It has a lot of potential to be good.

Terrible app and customer service. The app infiltrates every website I try to open on my device, causing me to have to click the back button multiple times to access the website I intended to open. Also, I have quite a bit of money to cash out, but unable to. Cuatomer service said it's because I've been inactive on the app, so they took it back. I showed them multiple screenshots that I have been active to date and they keep asking for the same information and when I give it to them, they ghost me. Been trying to resolve over a month to no avail. I'm deleting this useless app. I miss the Mobile Performance Meter. Sooo much better than this crap!

There is something going on with this app. It used to pay out fine, but after just redownloading it and giving all my info away to surveys for some compensation, they are no longer honoring that, or at the least, have been experiencing problems cashing people out for a little while but are not telling anyone on their site or app, to keep people from wasting their time and giving away their info for nothing, while BrandBee keeps taking in profits from it. They have turned into a total scam. Jorge

I can't cashout. I get a rejected and a message that says I have exceeded the monthly redeem limit. Please try again later. I can't get anyone to answer me either Update I was able to get an answer I have to wait thirty days from the last cashout because I reached the monthly limit. I didn't know there was on but apparently it is $100

Pretty useless in UK as amazon vouchers are for USA site not UK

I tried to cash out $5.00. I was told there was an issue to contact support. I did and now nothing.

After many days of daily income. I tried to cashout. Was unable to. Support are unresponsive. Absoloute shamble of a company.
