Absolute disaster. We ordered boxes from Brandable on November 22 and our order still has yet to ship. Approaching THREE weeks. It almost feels like they stole our money and ran. We will never do business with Brandable again. They're a little less costly but there's clearly a reason for that. I wish I would have read reviews beforehand.

Literally the worst printing and customer service ever! The printing on my boxes was ridiculously crooked...like... so crooked that they weren’t salvageable. I contacted customer service and the best they would do is offer a 50% refund after ignoring me for a week! Not only was the printing of my logo grossly unaligned, but they also sent me an entire bundle of someone else’s boxes and one of mine on top! Do not waste your money or time dealing with these crooks.

I ORDERED BOXES TOOK 10 PLUS WEEKS. GOT MY ORDER AND IT WAS WRONG AND THEY BLAMED ME FOR IT. I ORDERED ALL BLACK AND IT CAME WITH A RED LINE UNDER THE COMPANIES NAME ON ALL MY BOXES. The response that I got was blaming me for submitting it with the red line. (Although it’s supposed to be all black) Then they said “well you ordered in color” which was not true I have the receipt and the email confirming it’s in black. I will keep you posted on how it gets handled but they most likely lost a customer due to the long wait, sub-par customer service and inability to correct the solution before saying “what I did” or “how I made a mistake”. Looks like I’ll be checking out zebra boxes for future services. Terrible experience after a long wait with Brandable Box.

I have used brandable box twice. The first time was in January of 2020 and the experience was awesome. The boxes came out amazing, and the timing from order to delivery was just fine. I placed my second order on July 10th, was updated the boxes should be shipped by July 24th, which was great turn around, for the project we had them intended for to start in August. July 26th rolled around and no tracking number. I contacted brandable box and they told me they were not in production yet. From this point on, until my boxes were finally delivered a MONTH late (August 19th) it was pulling teeth to get a response. They do not have a phone number, only an email. And to get a response within a timely manor (not days later) I had to send 5 emails at once, multiple time to get a response. The main answer i always received is that they couldn't get in contact with their production team and get any answers on the production time or even if the boxes had been started. the order was finally "sent" but with an incorrect tracking number. I had to again blast email them to get a correct tracking number to see if m boxes were even coming. To add injury to insult, the boxes arrived and the logo we used, same as the original order, was pixelated. I upgraded to the instagram handle on the boxes (yes only $40 for 1000 boxes) but it was literally 1/4 inch tall by 2 inches wide, in the far corner of the box. All in all, I highly recommend any one who is needing boxes in a timely manor and done correctly to look elsewhere. I have placed all of my future orders with Boxes4U, they are attentive, have a phone number and their prices are extremely competitive. Do not put yourself through the headache, purchase elsewhere.

I placed an order 7/30/20. When I initially placed my order I was not expecting to hear anything about shipping for about 10-15 days as the website provided that timeframe upfront. To my surprise I got shipping confirmation within a couple days. Since getting the confirmation nothing has since happened. The shipping label was created and nothing else. I contacted customer service who responded the same day and was advised they were having a problem with Fedex picking up the packages. I was advised my order was complete but awaiting pick up. I got the shipping confirmation a week ago. Meaning my order has been sitting for a week! This is very frustrating. I was looking forward to working with Brandable but with this being my first experience with them, I will not be placing another order. I understand there are delays with the pandemic but this is inexcusable. I could understand a day or two but for orders to be sitting in their warehouse for more than a week is a little ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible. I placed an order on June 12 for an August 1st event. They confirmed the order, proof, etc. When the first shipping deadline came around, I followed up where they were and why I hadn't received the shipping email like they state will be sent in the order confirmation email. In my follow up, they confirmed they would still be here in time "per the production timeline". I found out yesterday, JULY 30TH, they have yet to go to production. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Do not buy!!!! TERRIBLE customer service, refuse to fix issues.

I ordered ONLY 50 boxes over a month ago. The website stated production delays, so the order would take 2-3 weeks from the date I placed it to ship. Almost an entire month later with ZERO communication or updates I emailed them to follow up and see where my order was. They told me it would be 1-2 more weeks to print it but they weren't sure. They couldn't provide any actual specifics regarding my order status (I asked over multiple emails). I patiently waited AN ENTIRE MONTH. I understand COVID-19 delays were present when I ordered, but with no communication I followed up again after an entire month (1 week after they told me 1-2+ weeks). Again, they said they had NO UPDATE on the order, no details about where in the production process it was or when the order would be completed or shipped. I finally canceled my order. This company takes orders & $$$ and doesn't ever ship their products. This company is very untrustworthy and I hope nobody waste their money or time with them. Agree 100% with the review before me! (this company is a scam).
