Misleading Charges and Unauthorized…
Misleading Charges and Unauthorized Subscription BrainWiki advertised an IQ test analysis for just $1, but I was charged $24.99 for a monthly subscription that I never knowingly agreed to. There was no clear warning about recurring payments, no proper subscription confirmation, and no obvious indication that I was signing up for a monthly plan. This is extremely misleading and feels like a scam. Customers should not have to check their bank statements to discover hidden subscription charges. I strongly recommend avoiding this website. If you’ve been charged without your consent, dispute the transaction with your bank and request a refund.

Hi Zin Min Wai, that's something I want to look into personally. I've already requested your details from Trustpilot to help locate your account, but to speed things up, could you email us at [email protected] with the email address you used when you signed up? Once I can find your account, I'll look into the charge and what you were shown at the point of purchase, and make sure this is resolved for you properly. - Alex, Customer Experience Manager, BrainWiki
