BrainTap has helped me refresh my mind and body by taking a “cat nap” and has helped calmed my emotions with the “Cellular attunement “ programs. It has also immensely helped my son with special needs calm and regulate himself and transition esp. before his therapies by listening to the 396 Hz Solfeggio alpha frequencies and when he gets overstimulated.
