Paid €1 for an iq test just to realise they tried to charge me €39.99 a week later, and there is no subscription cancellation button in profile, i would like to ensure that no future deductions are made to my card and the subscription is cancelled immediately

I paid 1 euro for the iq results then a week later they took 40 euros from my bank account tbh i dont know how that is possible and what an f loser business does that

Please note that BrainsMate does not charge recurring subscription fees or auto-renewals. We only charge a one-time fee for the selected service. It is very likely that this €40 charge was made by an external platform or an unrelated service.
