Beware of the hidden subscription
Anyone please don't ever engage with this shady service. It is basically a scam! I paid $1 on September 26, 2026 for the BrainsMate IQ test. Exactly seven days later, on October 3, I was charged $39.99. I do not recall being told this would become a recurring monthly subscription, and I did not knowingly agree to it. I looked for a way to cancel on the website and could not find one. On October 3 I emailed support asking for cancellation and a full refund, with written confirmation. I have not received a reply. BrainsMate, if I do not receive written confirmation of cancellation and a full refund within 24 hours, I will file a dispute with my card company for this charge.
