Company sold a certification training but refused to supply the certificate of completion required to apply for the certification. Refuses to refund. Total waste of time and money.
Response from brainlearns.comNov 20, 2022
Hi Matt! The certificate only gives the original account name purchased from the author at the original price. you only buy it back at a discount of the original price. Please understand we have tried our best.

They sell you %80 of the content and leave out the most important ones. And then, they stall you for days and do not help you with the missing pieces. In the end you are forced to buy the original content if you are serious about finishing the course.
Response from brainlearns.comNov 20, 2022
Sorry, Serhat! Can you tell us the full product? If the product is defective or missing, we will exchange it or refund it. Maybe our support missed your problem. Please reply help to us again to refund you.

They are selling my copyrighted courses illegally, and are now attempting to extort my company to have them removed.

It looks like a scam. I just got sucked into this - bought it and have not received the product. It looks like they copy things from landing pages. DANGER. STAY AWAY.

Scam. They illegallly pirate content and then don't even deliver it. Don't give them your money, give it to the authors instead.
