Ordering was simple. My issue is the shipping... it didn't state how many days the many options would take, except for the FedEx 2-day, which is a RIDICULOUS price since the brace is lightweight, & you probably have all braces in stock, since they aren't custom made. I need the brace to be able to work w/o restrictions, & I have no idea when I'll receive it.
