Their thumb (metagrip and sports models) and wrist supports are the best orthopedic designed braces around and recommended by my Occupational Therapists. The Metagrip is specifically great for working around water or kitchen environments. Because they are so specific and nuanced to the muscles, ligaments and tendons associated with arthritis pain, the proper sizing is extremely important. And while the youtube presentations are clear, you may find that you have to compare sizes to maximize the benefits. This results in returns and refunds, etc. They have live phone operators who are skilled, polite and patient working this out. By and large, a great company in my opinion.
