I found the thumb brack much too rigid…
I found the thumb brack much too rigid and hard. It is for arthritis, which makes your joints sore, and the hardness of this brace caused irritation, unfortunately I wasted my money on this. It may work for some, but not for me.

Exceptional customer service

This brace was uncomfortable
This brace was uncomfortable and it made my thumb hurt more. I went to the hand doctor to ask him if I had fitted it properly to my hand. He suggested I not wear it at night, but use it during the day when I need support. I have never used it since. I have a thumb splint that fits over my wrist that helps me more at night. This was a total waste of money for me.

I ordered my second brace
I ordered my second brace, for my other hand. It works very well, diminishes my hand pain. Its low profile makes it easy to use, doesn't get in the way.
