When my order confirmation arrived, I realized that I'd ordered the wrong side brace. I called customer service, and after a brief wait the representative quickly cancelled my order and re-ordered the correct item for me. He was very friendly and efficient.

This brace is the best I have for my problem, and I have tried 5 different ones. This is the best at keeping the thumb joint from moving out away from the hand and fits under a work glove, albeit a very stretchy one. Materials and construction are excellent. Delivery was fast, directions are good, it seems a bit daunting, but once you find your best configuration, it is perfect. I will be ordering more.

I wish there was another size category. Four sizes might have given a range of sizes that would be helpful for fit. Size 2 fits but is somewhat tight
