The website indicated free shipping but when I went to pay there was an $8.99 charge. I ended up calling and the person I spoke with was very helpful and said the charge would be credited when I went to check out, which it was. The call could have been avoided if the website was more clear.

The brace is fine, but very expensive.

This is the only brace that helps with the arthritis pain in my thumb area. I had purchased the first one in Physical Therapy for the left hand. Recently I started having the same pain in my right hand. I purchased the right one directly from the company. I first ordered the wrong size although I measured. It was too small. I contacted the company and was able to return and get the correct size at no cost and no hassle. It was a quick exchange.

I wish my brace was about an inch longer on my forearm. Otherwise, great, light, well thought-out design.
