The brace is not appropriate for my thumb. I showed my Dr. And he agreed the design is not helpful for my thumb joint.

The agent who answer the first time I ordered my thumb brace was courteous and understood my needs. I received it by the time I was told and took couple days only to have it. The thumb brace fitted right on it and help me to alíviate the pain I had before without holding one.

Customer service is impeccable with brace lab. Unfortunately, these braces do not do much for my arthritic knees. I've bought other braces in the past that were awesome (The thumb CMC brace works well). This one, not so much.
