10 stars needed!!I called to order a product w/no experience about the company. The number was easily located & the call was answered w/out delay. The best part was no transferring “period” I stayed w/the same person who answered. They were very nice & helpful, w/out the standard sales pitch. Phenomenal w/the way he spoke to me. I felt like I was talking to my neighbor! He made everything so easy to understand. Having no knowledge or understanding about the product lingo. I was reassured & explained in easy terms that anyone could understand. A uniquely rare great experience that is impossible to find these days!! Thank you Troy! Great job!!

I ordered these braces for my thumbs and they don't seem to be helping. In fact, sometimes my hands hurt worse with them on. I don't think their product is bad, I just think it's my hands. I can't wear them to cut hair with because I can't grip my comb. I also don't think it wold be good if hair gets caught all in the velcro. I wish I could give them 5 stars because I feel like the product is made very well. I just don't think it's the right apparatus for my thumbs.

I contacted customer service two days after I received my brace as the brace was too small. The customer service agent who took my call was very pleasant and efficient. She advised me of the return process and how to order the correct size. Directions and a postage paid mailing label were received by me at my email address in just a few minutes.

It rubbed on thumb, reddened skin, hurts. Did not help. Rubber material is not flexible, it's very hard.

Bought this after breaking my wrist and being in a cast for 2 months. I was able to be back on the pickleball court within a week of starting PT and this brace unable me to resume activity and feel confident that my wrist is protected. Great product!
