Long time metagrip user
I have used the metagrip brace for many years and I would wear it constantly. This time, I ordered the same size but the strap is so much longer. Since the strap is velcro, it gets caught on everything. The thumb fitting is the correct size but the strap cannot be trimmed and so it interferes with wearing gloves and it catches on clothing. I don't know why the strap is now so long and I'm not able to wear it anywhere near as often and so it is much less useful to me.

Thank you for your feedback Kathryn. I did look into your previous orders and noticed that you ordered a bigger size than your previous order which explains why the brace straps are longer than what you are used to. Please give us a call if you would like to exchange your brace!
