the BraceLab CMC Push thumb brace is by far the best thumb brace on the market! It provides all day support and you don't even feel it is on. Other soft braces provide modest support from a compression standpoint, but simply don't hold up under regular wear and tear. And hard braces offer relief but immobilize your thumb. I've had my first Push Brace for over two years and the velcro straps hold up just fine. I just purchased a "spare" just in case.

Really like the MetaGrip thumb brace but really need lots of moleskin and other Padding for it not to irritate the thumb a lot.

There is one spot which irritates my skin. The only way I can wear the brace is by wearing a lightweight glove under it. I know I haven’t been wearing it long enough, but so far I don’t notice any pain improvement.
