I waited to write a review because I wanted to see if it helped. It does. First, the directions for measuring your hand for the thumb brace were quite helpful. Most of all, It appears that the brace is effective. I'm wearing it most of the time, even as I write this review. I that is key. Keep it on during the day as much as possible. Wear it sleeping. I'm pleased with result after about two weeks.

These hand splints were recommended to me by my physical therapist. I have severe stage 3 arthritis of the CMC as well as my thumbs are subluxed. Although it says the braces might not work for my situation they did! They are helping me by reducing pain and providing support until I can have surgery. The other thing I really like is they come in XS and fitting goes by measurement. I have a very petite bone structure and have had a hard time finding a brace to fit.

I really like the brace and it's support as well as the ordering process. They are quite expensive and when the velcro wears out, I have to buy a whole new one even though the plastic thumb piece is still just fine. I've tried to figure out how to replace the velcro myself but so far no luck. It would be nice if the velcro was replaceable somehow

After ordering and trying the brace it was clear I needed another size. Brace lab gave great service exchanging my brace.

Brace fits wonderfully. The Velcro adheres perfectly. Very happy to have a functional brace again!

I phoned the company to discuss the fit of a device I had purchased. The woman with whom I spoke was pleasant and knowledgable.

Works great . Cost is high & velcro wears out to fast & should be replaceable. Mabe if buying multiple pieces get a better price ?

The brace is helping with the pain.
