I liked the customer service but do not like the brace. The two Velcro straps are too long. The thumb catch too tight and the upper part not wide enough. That being said I’m not a fan of the brace grip. Thank you

I purchased a brace for my thumb. I thought I had developed arthritis. The brace was helping several people I knew so I decided to try it. Unfortunately the brace caused me more discomfort. I went to a hand specialist who informed me I had injured my ulnar ligament. I called BraceLab and they immediately emailed a return label for me and will credit my account.

The first brace I received was too small so I had to return it. Brian helped me thru the process and made it quick and easy. I haven't received my new one yet but it's on its way and I'm excited! My physical therapist recommended Brace Lab as the best for my situation. It's well made and should last a long time. Thanks!

I have severe arthritis in my hands. The cartilage at the base of my left thumb is completely gone. Besides the injection I received in the area, my hand surgeon recommended this special brace to keep my thumb immobile. It has helped to reduce the pain greatly. Also, I can feel that my right thumb is going down the same path, so I have already purchased this brace for the right thumb. This design helps let the fingers free to have more use of them. The brace helps a lot with the joint pain. Keeping it secure. But the straps are very sharp and cut into my hand when I try and wear it for a long period of time.
