Dealing with your company was very satisfactory. The braces were recommended by my hand surgeon. I did have hope to alleviate my discomfort but guess I will need further intervention at some point. It is an arthritic pain which is impossible to completely eliminate. Thank you. Barbara

It works very well and it was received earlier than expected. Will continue to purchase this product as long as I need one.

I was able to determine the best wrist brace to meet my needs by viewing BraceLab's website and reading about their various products. It was easy to navigate and enabled me to make an informed choice. Ordering online was also very easy and they shipped it to me immediately. Everything from start to finish was exceptional service.

My BraceLab order arrived a few days after ordering, and I was happy with the quality of my new brace. Buying directly from BraceLabs was less expensive than buying from another major retailer.

Website is clear, people were professional, product was shipped in a timely fashion....however, I have no idea whether the brace would have worked for me or not. I am not sure how to improve the process, but if I can't try out the brace, how can I know if it works? It is clearly stated that you cannot return the brace if you use it. I understand. But for $100, I chose to return it.

Excellent customer service

the brace for my CMC is low profile and comfortable. i feel protected and my thumb and hand is stable and i can still use my hand (for typing/computer work, opening jars, etc). finally a brace that doesn’t restrict me in my day.
