I measured my leg as instructed but the…
I measured my leg as instructed but the brace is too small. It also took forever to get the brace since it was shipped via usps! So disappointed and frustrated. Need a knee brace for work due to the amount of walking I do and the severe pain.

See Attached photo . I ordered a back brace and I received a knee brace . You are the third company that I have ordered from in the past three weeks that has gotten the order wrong . Please send a return receipt and cancel my order. I will buy from brick and mortar store, at least i know what I am buying

Product is Sized Incorrectly
I received a binder after my Herna surgery, which was a size LARGE. I ordered you XLARGE it two pieces that has been sewn together and it extremely shorter than the one I currently own. There is no stretchability in it. Very disappointment, will be returning it for a return.

Very friendly user app for determining which brace to select and easy ordering. Order was immediately confirmed with frequent status updates. Best of all the brace arrived and was perfect fit and of a very breathable, comfortable fabric. Delighted with the support and comfort. This product is far superior to others I’ve tried.
