I needed a plus- sized knee support for a fitness class I started taking, and ordered a few styles from other companies. Despite their size charts promising a good fit, they were still too tight on top. Braceability offered some even larger sizes, and the ones I ordered are perfect! My only irritation was a long shipping time but it was worth it just to find a product that fits.

I made a mistake in ordering. In a phone call the next day, all was corrected. Mary was very cheerful and happy to make the mistake. Barbara sent me an email showing the corrections. Great office work and office workers. Thanks for the help.

I purchased 2 braces for my knees being aware they have a return policy. The braces were very uncomfortable and would slip down my leg no matter how much I tightened them. When I tried to return them per their policy, I received a notice that these were final sale items and could not be returned. No where on the page I ordered from did it say final sale items. I would not have purchased them as I know there is a reason companies discontinue items.
