My wife had a stroke has tried many braces for her left arm. If they don’t work, we send them back for a refund no problem until brace ability. We requested one of their braces. It was painful to use so we put it back in the package requested a refund company said it wasn’t in a good enough condition to accept or issue a refund. Sorry about your luck. Basically, I told them we put the product back in the plastic after it wouldn’t work if it had dust or lint on it, that’s pretty pathetic to say it was in worn condition be warned this company is not trustworthy would not do business with them. They apparently don’t issue quality merchandise and don’t care about customers seems they only care about money.
