BraceAbilityReviews of braceability.com

Edit: The package was delivered on April 3rd. The materials were good, the delivery notice did not match the package by more than a week. Did not ever see the packaged product. Received a notification it was there that was false because I checked thoroughly around my domicile.

I ordered a Large ankle brace. I was unable to get it on my foot, so I called customer service. They said they would send me an extra large. I bought it on January 7th and returned it on January 24th. They sent me a return label, and I put it in the original package. When I checked on the return, it said that it had been used/worn which was a lie. I called customer service and they repeated the same thing to me. I feel that I have been scammed. On checking other complaints, I see that is a common tactic you use to get paid and reuse the product because I definitely had not worn it since I couldn't even get it on my foot. Shame on you!!!! The address label was poorly written. Package was delivered to wrong address. I lose my money

the rib brace was long enough. Little hard to keep in place. back brace curled and moved up on my stomach. is also long enough to get around stomach. if would stay in place it would be better.

I love this site because it has thins for big people and I don't have to keep looking every where thank you for that and I will be ordering again Jennifer

great communication, product received fast

Product wasn't as it appeared on line.

I need to return my items, it seems to be a hassle between printing the return label, I don't have a printer or a place to do this and I may or may not get my money back depending on how the product is returned and the limited time you can return the product to them, if you don't get money back they don't send the product back either, all this is causing more knee pain not helping to relieve it.
