--- Privalia is not reliable. They sell items that are out of stock, hold your money for weeks or months, and customer service does nothing to help. Issues are never escalated — they promise a call back that never happens. Eventually, they cancel the order without notice and refund the money as if it were a normal return, without any apology. You’re left without the product and unable to use your money for a long time. Many low-cost platforms offer far better service. Privalia clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.

Muy cordiales.buena atención

its was very good staff good

I’d like to note the wide selection and good quality of the clothing, as the fabrics feel durable and very comfortable to wear. It is rare to find a place that balances trendy styles with such excellent craftsmanship. I recommend this store to anyone looking to update their wardrobe.
