Customer service experience
Attempted to make a purchase but for some reason it was either cancelled or never went though. I reached out to customer service multiple times for assistance with my order and the issue was never resolved. I reached out multiple times and I never heard back from BPIs team regrading my issue. Wish the customer service could step it up so I could support the company 🤷🏻‍♀️

awful customer service
Was sent the wrong product. Filed a complaint and the customer service rep told me that they would fix the problem and send me the correct product. I still haven’t received the product that I actually ordered and it’s been over 2 weeks. The products are good but the service is beyond poor.

Amazing products!
I been using bpi products for a couple of weeks to a month now and I feel and see a difference in my body. My stomach is smaller, I have more energy, as an example. Definitely recommend your products and will keep ordering.
