I gave BPI Sports one star due to the fact that I ordered a BCAA Shredded and a BCAA Energy. Both came in together in the same box but the BCAA Shredded was busted. The lid on it was damaged during shipping and caused it to spill in the box. So I called BPI Sports and spoke to someone. He asked me to take pictures of the damage and email it to him which I did. A few days went by and I haven't heard anything back from them, not even to let me k now that they received my email and something is going to be done about it. I then called back and and the same guy says that he has to wait for their claims department to get back to him. It's been just about 2 weeks now and I still haven't heard from anyone about replacing the product. I'm definitely not happy with the situation.

Customer service is not good enough they don’t seem to care about their customers I have emailed them plenty of time I know the company is bussy but it just shows they don’t care about satisfying their customer will take my business somewhere else where they listen to their customer need and this is the first company where I see they don’t care or listen to your needs when your paying for their products very disappointed
