Love BPI products.

BPI Sports didn't have the protein in stock, but didn't mention that when I ordered. I received the free amino acid water additive, but my protein never came. It took emails and a phone call for them to tell me there was a problem with them not having the product on hand and were waiting for another shipment. Rodrigo apologized as much as he could. But they could have sent an email saying there would be a delay instead of me hounding them. Got my protein a week later than expected. They offered a 35% discount good for this month, but I refuse to order from this company again!

Would rate 0 if I could... Ordered a batch of 4 items. Received 2 batches with a total of 3 items. I've personally reached out to BPI myself over 4 times, and never got a response. After trying 5 times, a representatives responded with "We do not have your flavor in stock?". Why was I not notified? I replied asking for a different flavor to be shipped out... Over a week later.. nothing.. Emailed again .. NOTHING... I would never order from BPI again myself.

Took 12 business days to come in when it said 3-6

While I have purchased BPI products in the past from Walmart and do enjoy them, I was very disappointed with the service I received from their own website. I ordered two five pound containers of protein powder. One arrived one week after purchase (totally fine) with a note on my invoice to allow a few business days for the rest of my order to arrive. When I had not received it by the middle of the following week, I emailed customer service. No response. The rest of my order finally arrived just under a week and a half AFTER the first half of my order. This would have been okay if customer service had bothered to respond to my concerns, but no such courtesy was extended.

I have been using BPI for a while now and never been such a big fan of a product that delivers well. Never had a great tasting protein powder and I was honestly surprised that the tub is almost filled which other products is just half way in the tub.

I received an open container of protein. After submitting photos to the customer service department, I was assured a replacement was on the way. 20 days later and I still have no replacement and no response from the customer service department I have tried to contact 4 different times now.

Shipping is fast, customer service is bad when I called back to change the address of shipping. It took 3 weeks to get my supplements because they kept putting the old address instead of the new one
