Very poor communication
Very poor communication. Have been trying to get a return label for over 2 weeks now and haven’t gotten anything. All I got was an email, with a rep being a smart a$$ about it. Ordered directly from their site and the package came through with an amazon box. Will never order from these guys again!

Terrible Customer Service
I enjoy the product, but the customer service is non existent...literally! I recently ordered the ISO HD (69 servings) protein powder and didn’t receive a scoop in the container. After searching multiple times I reached out to BPI directly on their website asking for them to send me a scoop. After a couple of days with no response, I got emailed a survey asking how I’d like to rate my customer support I received (haha?). I left them a message saying that I wasn’t happy and to not send surveys before the actual support has been provided. The next day when I went to check the status again, it said the ticket had been closed. Great job BPI support, great job. 😒

Awful Customer Service
I love BPI’s products however their customer service is not the best. I’ve had a lot of difficulty getting in touch with anyone! I’ve sent an email regarding a purchase and never got a reply. I’ve even received an email regarding my original email however never was able to speak to anyone. A company can have great products but it doesn’t mean they take care of thier customers!

My item shipped 2 weeks ago and it said…
My item shipped 2 weeks ago and it said it would be here in 6 days and is still not here. I had 2 separate orders on the 1st and still haven’t recieved them.
