I am more than satisfied and happy with my products that I received. Also I am really grateful for the customer service they provided. My package was lost in transit. I was not very happy, but they fixed my problem really easily. Even though it took another week to get here. Which I was not ver happy about but in the end everything is great.

Just recently I purchased two new Pre-workout products. The One that I tried, I just couldn't do. The taste made me nauseous the whole entire day. I will just stick with my BCAA'S from now on. I wrote you to find out if I could return them. I was told the one that was opened, I could only get an exchange. The other would be refunded back to me. I have received my exchange from you promptly. As far as my refund, I have reached out twice to you already. I explained, I wanted to place another order. Was wondering if I could get a credit on my account, or you could just credit my card. Please help me get a response! Your shipping is fast, returns, are TERRIBLE! Upset for how long this takes. Bought this product with the understanding if I wasn't satisfied I could return it. Gained weight over the first 2 weeks so I contacted the company. Got the run around asking about my diet and workout schedule, responded then NOTHING, had to contact them again to ask where we were at (and let them know I gained again in the 3rd week of using these products) for them to tell me that it's too late, and if the product is opened I can't return it even if it was a poor product that I have 0% satisfaction with. Save yourself some time and order a REAL keto product, or just eat the right foods.
