I purchased my order on September 2nd and received no update on where it is or when it is coming, all it says it "your purchase is getting ready for fulfillment" I emailed them twice and received nothing back

Great products and great customer experience. It is always like Christmas when getting my BPI box. The only con is the shipping company you use. UPS beats up these boxes and deleivers them late. With one finger I can pull the tabs of the boxes apart and the tape breaks. That is how beat up the box is when I receive it. Nothing good happens with UPS. As far as BPI, you guys do wonderful job with taking care of customers.
